Working with Caroline Greenhouse was an absolute game-changer in my home buying experience. She negotiated a fantastic deal on my recent purchase, securing a $35,000 reduction from the list price—a 5.2% differential from what similar properties sold for! But that’s not all; she also got several key repairs included, saving me even more. This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with Caroline. A few years ago, she helped me buy an investment property with incredible income potential. Her local market expertise, negotiation skills, and attention to detail were invaluable throughout my entire buying process. She was most transparent and honest when pointing out the value or potential pitfalls of each property we viewed, ensuring I made the best possible decision for my future home. From the first showing to the final walk-through and closing, she was always patient and understanding. Caroline's consistent communication, guidance and professional network were top-notch, making me feel confident every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized service when buying a home. The value she brings to the table is simply unmatched. Albert M. Boca Raton, FL
